A Good Doctor

A good doctor has many meanings to much people.You can save your life by a good doctor,if not you should pray by yourself.In my opinion,the most important thing to be a good doctor who should have enough knowledge of medical and confidant to cure people's disease without doubt immediately.Even he has a licence already,he has kept studing about latest medical intelligence.

Then the doctor also need to be thoughtful of patient's feeling.Not only take care of patient's illness but also their spirit.Especially,when the patient have a private examination ,the doctor should put a cover to the patient to protect the patient and him.And explain clearly to patient what happen to him and tell him how to take good care by himselfe.

All of those things are very important to be a good doctor who is counted on patient and taking heavy rsponsibility to save people's life.

The comparison of NSD and C/S

The pregnant woman alwasys think about that she should have a baby in NSD(Normal spontaneous delivery)or C/S(caesarean section).There are dissimillar in every way.I won't say which is absolute right choice or not.Because there are many advantages and disvantages between NSD and C/S.

For a start NSD have a lots of tests to do before you give a birth,for example nurse will check on your cervix every hour for making sure if your cervix is full-opened or not.Actually it's kind of embarrassed and uncomfortable.Furthermore You might suffer from labor pains during that time which is the most painful thing in the world.Another serious thing is coming when the cervix is full-opened you have to push the baby out by using your whole strength which makes women feel more tired and crazy.On the contrary,what C/S just is complete preparation of operation before you getting in OR.For instance blood exams,EKG(electrocardiogram) shaving your abdomen and some paper work which won't hurt.

Then after giving a birth in normal way you can recover sooner than C/S and you just feel a little pain from the small wound,besides you can eat everything you want in a few hours and get out of the bed as soon as you can that is the biggest benefit of taking NSD.On the other hand if you take C/S ,the plights just start.You have a Foley drainage for draining urine out of your body ,have a 5cm wound on your abdomen so you can't get off the bed in two days.Also you have a nausea because of the anaesthetic,as a result you can't have any meal until farting.There are many difficulties to go through.

However each one of them also have plights to go.And they are different in every respect that.With regard to side effect,NSD has less than C/S.I would recommend that take the advice from your doctor and be brave to face it.

The effect of stay up too late

I used to stay up till early morning becauce of my nurse job. night shift can get more subsidy so I got many gravyard shifts for making more money. Soon after I found out my life quality was poor and everything was going wrong.

First night shift made me more exhausted than day shift.Therefore after work I need to sleep more than 8 hours for recovering my tiredness.But it was difficult to be asleep in daytime.I was suffered from insomnia;therefore,I relied on sleeping pill for having good sleeping.Without good condition of sleeping I could not concentrate on my work ,lost my patience and became a moody nurse.Actually,It was a bad attitude for my job.

Then I felt my health was going down,my skin was getting poor with pimples on my face and my period was irregular.I always felt dazed,sleepy and unenergetic.I went to a doctor who gave me a simple advice:Get to bed before 12o'clock make your life normal and easy.Money can not save your health.You should take a good care of yourself.

I know stay up is the most important reason to make my body clock disordered.There was no benefit for taking too many night shifts except earning more money but it can not buy your healthy body back.So I decided to reduce my night shifts.
